NORMA CROW – FOUNDER’S VISION
I have a story to tell but this venture is not about me it is for you, family and community.
URM is not your ordinary retail market with the sameness as other markets. It is a place you can have it all with a dedicated team to serve, inform and offer you the highest quality and purest CBD and hand selected natural products you will ever find to improve your health and wellness.
Growing up my Grandmother made me Sassafras Tea, fed me Herbs and Elderberries, made Poultices, Hot Toddy and a dose of Castor Oil for sure! I have been blessed with excellent health.
The inspiration of my roots has inspired me to live with “A Holistic Approach”, “Don’t Stop Attitude” and a motto of “Love Overcomes All”. Since I am 39 yrs. twice plus, I noticed a soreness in my joints and added CBD to my Arnica and Blue Tansy. This “Renew Cream” is like a miracle!
It is my desire and intent to share and make sure URM has the very best CBD, natural products and edibles for you. JONI BRYAN – DIRECTOR OF RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
Joni Bryan received her degree in Biology and Chemistry from North Alabama and grew up learning about natural remedies and cures from her grandmother. However, it wasn’t until she was faced with a meningioma brain tumor that she turned to natural medicine for the answers that she was not receiving from conventional medicine. She began incorporating CBD into her own health care routine and nutrition and reaped such tremendous benefits that she wanted to share with others what she has learned. As Director of Research and Development, Joni is committed to bringing only the best products to Urban Roots Market and providing education to customers on healthy alternatives. Urban Roots Market is designed with the customer in mind that is looking for the best and purest naturally sourced products with highest standards in production. From tinctures to edibles, Urban Roots is your one stop shop for all your CBD and healthy products.
CHLOE HAMPTON – VP OF SALES AND MARKETING
Chloe is a graduate from the University of Tennessee Knoxville with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management with a minor in Business. She has been working in the Middle Tennessee Real Estate market for the past three years and has found a love in sales.
Chloe never meets a stranger and finds a joy in helping others meet their needs. She is very creative and strives to keep up with the latest trends in marketing strategies.
Chloe is following in the footsteps of her grandmother’s entrepreneurial spirit and cannot wait to see what Urban Roots Market will become for others.
DEKISHA WILSON – DIRECTOR OF PRODUCT DISTRIBUTION AND CUSTOMER RELATIONS
DeKisha has been involved in the early stages of Urban Roots Market affording her with an opportunity to be truly innovative in Natural and CBD products, and she will have a hand on role in the day to day operations by interacting directly with the consumer. She is pleased to see high quality products come to fruition through URM giving consumers better options to aid their health and wellness journey. She brings 10 years of experience in healthcare with a B.S and Master Degree in Health Promotion. That’s not all, DeKisha is an entrepreneur, developer and the Principal Broker of Marketplace Realty; a real estate firm in one of the fastest growing cities in America.
